About bamboo：
Bamboo is a natural material. Each piece is unique and will vary slightly in appearance. Color variations occasionally occur in bamboo. However, this is a natural characteristic and not a product defect. We will never ship a faulty product, but bamboo is subject to cracking and splitting just like any other wood product. Bamboo can develop cracks in transit due to rough handling and changes in weather. We cannot guarantee consistency with any of our bamboo products, but we try our best to offer the highest quality bamboo currently available on the market. All our bamboo products are treated with a varnish providing a good coating on the surface of the product, giving it a soft sheen finish and protecting it from moisture. In saying that, as it is a natural product, the bamboo shouldn’t be left wet for a long period of time.
About twine:

- Glass is heat resistant up to 150℃/320F.
- Glass is dishwasher, oven, microwave and freezer safe.
- Clean the glass with toothpaste or salt to prevent scratches.
- For tall jars, clean with a brush to easily reach the bottom.
- When filling the tall jars with noodles or food, avoid filling it up in one go instead fill it up bit by bit to avoid jar breakage.
- Bamboo lid/wooden cork is plastic free, BPA free, Eco-friendly and Recyclable.
- Bamboo lid/wooden corks are NOT recommended for use in dishwasher, oven or microwave.
- Do NOT soak lid in the water, wash lid with wet cloth by hand and air dry after cleaning. Apply olive oil on the lid to protect bamboo finish.
